Paoli Family Attorney Lynn A. Snyder
Get Help From a Trusted Chester County Lawyer
Lynn A. Snyder's first exposure to law was when she clerked for a family
court judge while in law school. Thereafter, she continued her career
in family law as an assistant district attorney in Chester County handling
child support/enforcement and paternity cases before moving over to the criminal section
handling misdemeanor and felony cases. She left the District Attorney's
Office after ten and a half years, an experienced and zealous litigator,
for an appointment to the Family Court Master’s Unit.
A History of Success
Paoli family law attorney Lynn Snyder was appointed a Family Court Master in 1997, and ever since our lawyer has been intricately involved in the family court system. Over the last 18 years she has presided over thousands of support hearings, custody conciliations and divorce/equitable distribution cases.
Unlike many other counties, most family law cases in Chester County are heard before the Masters. These Masters’ hearings are the level at which the testimony is taken and the factual determinations are made. Although there is a mechanism for appeal, called exceptions, they are based on the record made before the Master.
Lynn has the skill set to efficiently and cost-effectively navigate clients through the process, all the while zealously advocating their positions and managing their expectations. She recognizes that these matters are extremely important to her clients, and thus she is both responsive and easily accessible.
